KCP & Associates is committed to service quality, timely support, and transparent communication. This policy explains how we review service grievances, when change-of-service is allowed, and how refund requests are evaluated.

How To Raise a Claim

If you are not satisfied, send your concern with order details, registered email, and issue summary to kcpandassociates@gmail.com. Our team verifies the case and responds with action steps.

Valid claims are those where service delay or deficiency is directly linked to our internal process and falls within the scope of services purchased.

What Is Not Covered

  • Government portal downtime, authority processing timelines, or statutory changes.
  • Delays caused by third-party systems, affiliates, or external vendors.
  • Pending cases due to client-side delay in documents, clarifications, or approvals.
  • Outcome-based expectations where final approval depends on authorities.

Change of Service Policy

You may request service change within 60 days of payment if the original order has not been completed at the time of request.

Amount paid for the original order may be adjusted after deducting government fees, third-party charges, and vendor costs already incurred. If the new service has higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered only in clear cases of service deficiency from our side.
  • No refund for change of mind, business decision shift, or personal preference.
  • No refund after completion of service milestones or final order delivery.
  • No refund where delay is due to pending client submissions.
  • Orders inactive for over 180 days are treated as abandoned and become non-refundable.
  • If you switch to a lower-priced service, balance amount is moved to store credit (not cash refund).
  • Store credit remains valid for 365 days from approval date.
  • Approved refunds are processed within up to 30 working days.
  • Professional fees may be refundable; taxes, government fees, gateway fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
